Messaging Terms

Program description
Soul Agave Event Production sends event communications on behalf of the couples we work with. If you opt in, you will receive automated text messages about the specific event you were invited to: RSVP confirmations, schedule and venue details, travel and accommodation information, changes to plans, and day-of reminders.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the messaging consent box on the RSVP form of the couple's wedding website, or by texting us to start messages. Consent is not required to attend the event, to submit an RSVP, or as a condition of any purchase. Only the person who owns the mobile number may opt that number in.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by event — typically a handful of messages between your RSVP and the event date, with a few more in the week of the event. Message and data rates may apply. Soul Agave does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that event immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply START (or UNSTOP) to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email events@soulagave.com. You can also ask the couple or their planner to remove your number. Opting out of texts does not cancel your RSVP; the couple can still reach you by email.
Carriers and delivery
Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your device, plan, and network coverage.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to send messages about your event and are shared only with the messaging providers who deliver those messages on our behalf. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
