Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use the Soul Agave Event Production planning platform, a client portal, a wedding website we host, or when you submit an RSVP. By using any of them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What the platform is

The platform supports event planning: guest lists, RSVPs, budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, documents, and hosted wedding websites. Access is by invitation from Soul Agave or from a couple we work with. Planning services themselves are governed by your separate written services agreement with Soul Agave, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

3. Accounts and access

• Keep your login credentials and any site passcode confidential.
• Use the platform only for the event you were invited to.
• Do not attempt to access other events, accounts, or data, or probe our security.
• We may suspend access for misuse or for security reasons.

4. RSVPs and guest information

• Submit accurate information. An email address and mobile phone number are required so the couple can reach you about the event.
• Submit information about another person (a partner, a family member, a child in your party) only if you are authorized to do so, including their consent to be contacted.
• RSVP details are visible to the couple hosting the event and their planning team, and are shared with vendors as needed to produce the event.
• An RSVP may be updated until the couple closes responses.

5. Communications you agree to receive

When you submit an RSVP and check the messaging box, you agree to receive event-related emails and automated text messages about that event — RSVP confirmations, schedule and travel updates, and day-of reminders. Consent to texts is not a condition of attending the event or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. 6. Content you upload

You keep ownership of photos, documents, and other content you upload, and you grant Soul Agave permission to host, display, and use it to deliver the platform and produce your event. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited commercial messages; to scrape or bulk-export guest data; to upload malware; or to interfere with the platform's operation. Couples and planners who send messages through the platform are responsible for having a lawful basis and valid consent for the guests they message.

8. Availability and disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by carriers, email providers, or your device settings. Keep your own copy of anything essential.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soul Agave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
